Looking for the candy...We had a great Easter weekend. It started last week with our family finally getting better and over all these nasty sicknesses. Then Brooks and I colored Easter eggs on Friday. He was a little more into the coloring than I thought he would be. Saturday we went to my parents to celebrate Easter with them and my dad's birthday. Happy Birthday, Dad!! We played at the school playground close to my parents, hunted Easter eggs and played with the lawn mower that the Easter bunny brought. He loved it!! Thanks Easter Bunny. We had dinner over there and then headed home for the evening. Sunday we went to Frankie's parents for Easter over there. We pretty much did the same over there. Brooks thoroughly enjoyed hunting for eggs both days and am so glad that we did it this year. I was certain that he would not get it but he did and would have hunted for them all day if the Easter bunny would have hid more. We hope you all had a wonderful weekend and great holiday!!
