Columbus Day, Kim and I took the boys to the zoo. The weather was nasty but it actually was not raining so we ventured out in hopes that there would not be a lot of people there. We were right. I guess most people did not want to get their kiddos out in this. We bundled up and saw as many animals as the kids would allow. The best past was the lion who was actually roaring at the same time we were walking by them. Brooks enjoyed it but thought that it was too loud. I am glad we went because it had been over a year since we had been to the zoo.
